RETURNS
Not happy with your purchase? Return it to our Potts Point store within 14 days with tags intact for an exchange or refund. (Excludes SALE items)
Exchanges will incur a $10 re-shipping fee for all regular items and $20 re-shipping for Bobbi Boots. Return items with a trackable number or registered post as we are not responsible for goods lost in transit.
- We do not accept returns on used/washed items unless there is a manufacturer's defect.
- SALE items are not eligible for return or refund, so please choose carefully.
